All of the Swarovski pieces are made with sterling silver and Swarovski crystals and the product should not induce any skin allergies.  The necklaces and bracelets containing semi-precious stones or glass may contain some silver plated pieces, and typically do not cause any skin irritation.

As any other silver jewelry, you may need to use a silver cloth or polish solution to keep the jewelry over time.

We want to assure that you are happy with the final product. If you are unhappy for any reason, you may exchange the piece you purchased with another product (s) of equal value.

Domestic First Class Is available for all domestic orders. First class mail may take 7-10 days to arrive and is available for $1.99.

Domestic Priority Mail is available for domestic orders shipped inside of the US and take 2-4 business days for orders to reach their destinations. Priority Shipping cost is $5.06. Please note that all orders are sent with delivery confirmation to ensure the order has arrived at its proper destination. A tracking number is updated on your account upon shipment and included with all priority mail. *During the holidays the post office may be running a bit slower, and the order may take a bit longer to reach its destination. Orders may take up to six days in some cases.

Domestic Express orders take 2 business days. Express orders come with a tracking number and must be placed before 11 a.m. They will be sent out the same day. Express orders cost $18.99. A tracking number is updated on your account upon shipment and included with all Express Mail.

If you have a billing or shipping address in the State of Michigan, you must pay a 6% Sales Tax. Sales Tax will not count for any promotions or discounts.
